Dialysis COVID-19 Module
After the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency expiration on May 11, 2023, Dialysis facilities will no longer be required by CMS to report COVID-19 cases and deaths among patients and staff to NHSN. However, the NHSN, Dialysis COVID-19 Module will remain available for voluntary reporting by individual facilities and group users.
