Here we'd like to take a look at practical steps to improve what you eat. Which describe your eating habits?

Today, with busy schedules, many of us eat out often. The problem with eating out too often is that it can be difficult to eat low-fat meals, because restaurants don't have many low-fat choices on their menus. The key is to make better choices whenever you can. If at all possible, choose a restaurant that has salads on the menu or offers a salad bar. And remember to ask for fat-free or low-fat salad dressings. It's also a good idea to know which restaurants allow you to substitute a baked potato or steamed vegetables for French fries or chips. Here are four fast-food menus. Select the tabs for each restaurant, and learn more about making better choices when you eat out.
