The MMWR Recommendations and Reports, "Pertussis Vaccination:
Use of Acellular Pertussis Vaccines Among Infants and Young
Children -- Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on
Immunization Practices (ACIP)," contained an error. On page 5,
Table 1 provides incorrect information about the antigenic content
of the vaccine manufactured by Connaught (US)/BIKEN
(Tripedia{Registered}). Each dose of Tripedia{Registered} contains
23.4 ug of filamentous hemagglutinin (FHA) in addition to 23.4 ug
of inactivated pertussis toxin (PT). Tripedia{Registered} contains
no pertactin (Pn).
