Satellite Videoconference on Hepatitis C
Hepatitis C: Diagnosis, Clinical Management, and Prevention,
a live satellite videoconference, will be broadcast Saturday,
November 22, 1997, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. eastern standard time (EST)
and repeated from noon to 2:30 p.m. EST. Cosponsors are CDC, the
Public Health Training Network, and the Hepatitis Foundation
International. The course is for primary-care physicians, physician
specialists, and other health-care professionals.
The course will feature practical information for counseling
patients and for making patient-care decisions. Course participants
will be able to interact with experts from private practice, CDC,
National Institutes of Health, University of California at San
Francisco, Veterans Administration Medical Center, and Columbia
MetroWest Medical Center of Framingham, Massachusetts.

requesting document number 130010. Continuing education credits
will be awarded.
