Announcement of International Public Health Symposium
The First International Symposium on Public Health in Asia and
the
Pacific Basin will be held in Honolulu at the University of Hawaii,
March 7-9, 1983. Work sessions will continue March 10-11. The
symposium, which begins what will become a series of meetings
conducted every 3 to 4 years, is being organized through
cooperation
of the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control
and
the Public Health Service, the East-West Center, the Association of
Schools of Public Health, and the University of Hawaii.
