            COMMUNITY CASE STUDY
            Implementing a Client Reminder Intervention for Colorectal Cancer Screening at a Health Insurance Worksite
            The images depict the front and back of a client reminder postcard for the Michigan Cancer Consortium’s intervention for colorectal cancer screening at a health insurance worksite. The front side of the postcard depicts 3 horizontal lines on the lower right side of the postcard, where a recipient’s name and address can be written. The text on the upper left side of the postcard reads “If you’re 50 or older, talk with your health care provider about the different colon cancer screening tests. Check out the HealthPlus Web site at www.healthplus.org for more health information or call Customer Service at 1-800-332-9161.” The company logo for HealthPlus is located directly beneath this text. The text on the back side of the postcard has text superimposed over images of a clock and a calendar. The text reads “Just a quick reminder: It’s time for your colorectal cancer screening.”
