                                                                                      CDC has been requested to include the following information:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
                                                                                      The Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, formerly sold by the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) will be sold by the Superintendent of Documents, effective April 1, 1983. Current NTIS subscribers will continue to receive service from NTIS for the duration of their subscriptions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
                                                                                      The subscription service offered by the Superintendent of Documents includes the weekly MMWR for 1 year, the MMWR Annual Summary, four quarterly Surveillance Summaries, and MMWR supplements. The subscription price per year will be the same as that offered by NTIS which is $90.00, domestic, for priority mailing; $70.00, domestic, non-priority; and $140.00 for international airmail service. Health Information for International Travel is available separately at a cost of $5.50 per copy.                                                                                   
                                                                                      Checks or money orders should be made payable to the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402.
