The committee shall specifically provide advice for the control of diseases for which a vaccine is licensed in the U.S. The guidance will cover the appropriate use of the vaccine and may include recommendations for administration of immune globulin preparations and/or antimicrobial therapy shown to be effective in controlling the same disease.
